The constitution sets out the MEMO\u2019s purpose, and by making it public and easily accessible, we reaffirm our commitment to transparency, accountability and community involvement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This milestone comes as we celebrate over 50 years of the MEMO\u2019s enduring presence within our community. What began as a simple means of sharing local news and events has continued and grown into a core document that helps us to remain connected. Generations of contributors, editors and readers have helped the MEMO flourish, reflecting the evolving needs and interests of our local villages.
